Tony Ounpamornchai, 40 (Santa Rosa, CA), co-owner and Executive Chef of SEA Thai Bistro and SEA Modern Thai cuisine in Sonoma County. His Thai heritage makes for a unique combination as he dynamically blends Asian and modern American ingredients.

Travelling the world for many years, he brings his appreciation for global cuisine to his menu. Recently, Tony spends his free time teaching cooking classes at Sur la Table. His artistically crafted dishes have earned numerous accolades and awards from some of Sonoma county's most renowned critics, including Petaluma Magazine's people choice award for Best Seafood at local restaurant and Best Asian food. The Bohemian Magazine voted Tony's restaurants as the Best Thai restaurant in Sonoma county.
